Privacy Policy

The short version
Lucky Me is built to stay out of your business. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything you create stays on your device, and the app works fully offline.
What we store on your device
The app keeps a few small pieces of local data so it can remember your preferences:
- Saved favorites, written notes, and daily-set state are stored using iOS UserDefaults.
- Voice recordings you capture are saved in the app's private Documents folder.
None of this information leaves your device through the app. Lucky Me does not connect to remote servers operated by the developer.
If you have iCloud device backup enabled, Apple may include this local app data in your own encrypted backup. That process is controlled by Apple, not by us.
Microphone
Lucky Me requests microphone access only when you tap the record button to capture a spoken affirmation. Your recordings stay on-device, play back only when you choose, and are never uploaded anywhere. You can revoke microphone access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Data sharing
We do not share your data with anyone. Lucky Me does not use analytics services, advertising networks, third-party SDKs, tracking technologies, or cookies.
Deleting your data
You can delete any note, recording, or favorite at any time inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes all stored content and settings associated with it.
Children's privacy
Lucky Me is rated 4+, has no user-to-user features, and does not knowingly collect information from children. Because no personal data is collected by the app, no child-specific data is processed.
Changes to this policy
If the app's privacy practices change, we will update this page. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
